Yes. We can supply the service of sourcing the products for the clients according to the detailed information provided, like pictures, technical parameters, specifications, drawings, etc.

HOW TO SEND AN INQUIRY?

We appreciate the specific inquiry. For new clients, we usually don't offer all the prices for the full range of pumps. So please select the Models that interest you from our website or tell us your detailed requirements.

WOULD THE SAMPLES ARE AVAILABLE? AND HOW TO GET THEM?

The samples are available but they would be charged (including the freight). And you should pay the samples and freight before we produce the samples.

HOW LONG IS THE GUARANTEE?

Generally the product is guaranteed for 12 months from shipping date against faults due to workmanship.

WHAT IS THE MINI ORDER?

In average, the min. order should be up to USD3000.00. Different products have different min. order.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TERMS?

1. T/T 50% in advance and the remains would be paid within 5 days against our fax of B/L. We would send all the shipping documents to you by courier as soon as we receive your full payment.
2. L/C at sight

IF THERE ARE SOME DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS WITHIN GUARANTEE, WHAT WOULD BE DONE FOR THAT?

We would make some compensation, such as replacing free the defective parts or products, which would sent to you in next shipment. But before that, we would like to have your test report, showing the details of defect, so that we could check up the problem. If necessary, we would ask you to return the products by post. Guarantee claims caused by installation or servicing faults are not honored by our company. In addition, defects stemming from improper maintenance are also not guaranteed. We are in no manner liable for damage caused by misuse of the products.

HOW TO BECOME AN AGENT?

We accept the common agent that working on basis of commission. But as to the Exclusive Agent in one country, we would not be imprudent to appoint it to a new client without knowing its sales capability. And so the old client would be considered to become our exclusive agent.

WHAT KIND OF QUALITY CERTIFICATES OBTAINED?
